Q: What kind of Diapers do you use to handcraft your Diaper Cakes?
A: Most cakes have the option between two leading Eco Friendly brands on the market- Seventh Generation and Nature BabyCare. We use size 1 disposable diapers in every cake. Both brands perform just as well if not better then the leading diaper brands.
Q: What is the difference between the two brands?
A: Both brands are great, that’s why we use them. Both use chlorine free absorbent materials that don’t contribute to dioxin pollution. There is absolutely no latex, fragrance or TBT (tributy tin), and therefore are hypoallergenic. Both brands are soft, comfy and have resealable closure tabs.
The major difference in the brands are, the color- 7th Generation is beige while Nature BabyCare is white with leave patterns, and Nature BabyCare uses 100% compostable consumer packaging. Their brand is 100% plastic free to reduce the greenhouse effect. Other then that, it is all about personal preference as well as each baby’s individual fit.

Q: Are your diapers glued together?
A: Absolutely not. We take special care in constructing our cakes so that every single diaper is 100% usable by the new parent. Our cakes are created very secure and guaranteed not to fall apart during shipping.
Q: Are your Diaper Cakes pre-made?
A: No. All of our cakes are handmade from scratch when an order is received. Since each cake is original and some items are subject to availability, they can sometimes vary slightly from the picture. Consistency is a high priority for us, but if we must make a substitution, it will be of equal or greater value.
Q: How long will it take my diaper cake to arrive?
A: GrowInStyle handcrafts the cakes in the same order that they were received. Please allow roughly 2-4 business days for your diaper cake to be constructed. You will receive an email once your order was received and another when it ships.
Diaper Cakes ship from NY via FedEx Ground for U.S. Domestic and Canadian orders. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere 3 to 7 business days to arrive (from the day we ship). Q: How long will it take for teethers and other baby products to ship out?
A: All other orders, that do not include diaper cakes, will ship out within 2 business days. We will email you as soon as your order was received, and once again when the items ship.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our Diaper Cakes are handmade form scratch for each customer. Returns and exchanges are only offered in an unlikely event the cake is damaged during shipping or is in some way defective.
Our cakes are constructed very securely and guaranteed not to fall apart. However, if your cake arrives in a defective state, you must notify GrowInStyle within 48 hours of receipt and let us know that your diaper cake arrived damaged and that you would like to exchange or return it.
A defective cake must be returned to us within 5 business days of receipt and must be in original condition. There will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges for cakes that have been unwrapped, re-wrapped, opened or tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange on any diaper cake.
Packages that are refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee, after shipping cost. Shipping the diaper cake back to us is the customers responsibility.
Returns for all other baby products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Returns are welcome within 14 business days of receipt and are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Q: Whats your cancellation policy?
A: If your order has not been shipped then we will be able to refund you in full however if your order has been dispatched you will only be able to return the item is it is damaged or defective.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Q: How are your diaper cakes packaged?
A: All of our diaper cakes are beautifully wrapped in cellophane and topped off with a gorgeous bow. We also include an ingredient card with your personal greeting. We also take great care in packaging and shipping them to assure they arrive in the same condition they were shipped.
